Autumn at Wagamama

This season Wagamama are proving that meat free doesn’t have to mean taste free…

This autumn Wagamama has added two new dishes to the menu, added a G&T to the drinks menu and launched stand alone vegetarian and vegan menus.

In a bid to increase their vegan following, one of the new dishes is the Kare Burosu – shichimi coated silken tofu and grilled mixed mushrooms on a bed of udon noodles within a curried vegetable broth. We love the bold, fresh flavours!

For meat fans, say hello to the new chef special, the Tonkatsu – pork belly in crispy breadcrumbs, drizzled with a sweet soy marinade. This is the type of comfort food that will really nourish the soul on a chilly day.

Gin lovers will rejoice at the news of the latest addition to Wagamama’s drinks offering. The new gin & tonic is a super special Japanese gin, made with cherry blossom, sake and uzu lemon, served with Fever Tree tonic and pink peppercorns. The perfect complement to your favourite Japanese dish.
