Prepare to feel hungry…
Grabbing lunch with a friend? Pay Carluccio’s a visit where you can share the Grandioso Board, which includes mortadella, 14-month aged prosciutto Gran Sasso, Ventricina & Aquila salame, chicken liver pâté and sweet & sour pepper bruschette, Parmigiano Reggiano, artichokes, marinated green beans and olives. Split the bill and this feast will cost just £8.75 each.
Burger cravings are difficult to ignore. Head to Byron where you can enjoy the Cheese Burger – a beef patty served pink and juicy, American cheese, lettuce, tomato, red onion, ketchup, and mayonnaise – served in a squishy bun with fries or a house salad plus a pickle on the side for just £9.75.
Lunching on a budget is easy at Nando’s. There are plenty of combos that will cost you less than £10, but we think our favourite is the Fino Pitta – a toasted pitta filled with two flame-grilled PERi-PERi chicken thighs, grilled halloumi cheese, caramelised red onion relish, wild garlic aioli mayonnaise and lettuce- which you can enjoy with a regular side for £9.55.
You’ll feel spoilt for choice at lunchtime at Giraffe. The Enchilada Salsa Verde and the Kati Roll from the Mains to Explore section on the menu, as well as the Spicy Rice Bowl with chicken from the Bowls for the Soul section are all only £9.95 each.
The coloured plate system at YO! Sushi makes it easy to see how much you’re spending. For £9.60, why not grab the Avocado Maki, a Prawn Katsu and some Edamame for a filling, tasty and nutritious lunch?
There are always plenty of freshly baked lunch options on the counter at Chandos Deli, including baguettes, bagels and sausage rolls! Why not try one of their savoury tarts, that are made in-store every morning? Perfect for lunch on the go.
