New spring menus
Spring into the warmer months with our pick of the freshest new dishes on offer at Princesshay
With a focus on delicious fresh food and the finest ingredients, you’ll always find seasonal offerings at Chandos Deli. Their incredible open sandwiches covered in fresh, crunchy toppings are the perfect brunch treat.
In their latest seasonal menu, Carluccio’s are celebrating rabarbaro (aka rhubarb) by pairing it with classic Italian flavours in a whole variety of sweet and savoury dishes. The Mackerel & Rhubarb Salad and Rhubarb Panna Cotta are not to be missed.
It’s not a proper celebration of spring without a few cocktails! Pop down to Lloyd’s Lounge and sip the flavours of the season with their delicious Gin Twists and inspiring cocktail menu.
There’s an intriguing new addition to the Nando’s menu this spring. The limited edition Passionfruit and Mango spice is sticky and sweet and it will instantly transport your taste buds to a sunny beach BBQ, try it on your usual or experiment with something new.
With their selection of pickable small plates (like the BBQ brisket sliders, pictured), succulent firesticks and perfectly cooked burgers and steaks, Coal Kitchen is the perfect place to come for an early springtime barbecue.
There’s loads of new dishes to try on the Giraffe menu. The pan-fried Padron Peppers is an excellent nibbly starter and the Vegan Katsu is a fab new addition for plant-based eaters, but we just love the flavourful Beef Ramen with a warming Asian broth and tenderised beef steak.
